Acefactors Consulting (“Productshaala”) has a Cancellation & Refund Policy in respect of all courses/events listed on the Website, wherein users may cancel their enrolment and obtain a refund (subject to deduction of Promotional Discounts/Cashbacks, taxes, administrative charges, service and payment gateway charges etc.) except following conditions:
No cancellation and/or refunds are allowed withinThree Weeks of event start date, unless for some unforeseen reason, the class must be cancelled by Productshaala (AceFactors Consulting).

Refund can only be initiated prior to 3 weeks of event start date for Live Online or Classroom Courses. Under normal situations, the refund shall be processed within three working weeks. At the time of cancellation,30% of the total transaction amount will be charged as website processing and handling fee.
Self-paced Online courses are not refundable.
Note: All Sales are transferable to a future date for the same event, or to another qualified person.
Reschedule/Transfer: In conjunction to above note, rescheduling or transferring candidacy to a future date and/or another location is permitted only ONCE. Any further request about the same will incur additional charge of 30% of the transaction value per request on the candidate.
